Me Like Movie: Episode 11 – The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and A Dangerous Method

Wow! I’m really excited about these two movies! Who would have ever thought we would get to see Aragorn fight Magneto? Or James Bond take on a dragon? These are going to be the most exciting movies ever made! Right?! …Wait. What? No Aragorn? No Magneto? Or even Bond? But what about the dragon? Okay fine!
Since there’s no dragon, I guess Dave and I will just have to talk about David Fincher and David Cronenberg instead (too many Daves!) who are two of the most highly regarded directors in the business. The buzz has been pretty huge on Fincher’s The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, whether you want to call it a remake or reboot or based on a book or WHATEVER! And Cronenberg’s A Dangerous Method, which is based on a play that’s based on a book that’s based on actual events, hasn’t exactly had what you could call a “huge buzz.” And no dragon to speak of.
